THE CONTEXT
Subway partnered with Sleeq to bring its new limited-edition El Trio Mexicano sandwich to life on TikTok and Meta. After several successful collaborations, the goal was clear: design native, entertaining, and Gen Z–oriented content to spark awareness and drive trial during the summer launch.

The Challenge
Subway’s TikTok account had grown, but the brand needed to move beyond classic product promos and tap into content that felt authentic to Gen Z. The objective: promote a limited-time product at national scale, without losing the cultural resonance that TikTok requires.

Sleeq developed 3 creative assets for TikTok and Meta, blending humor, storytelling, and bold visuals. The creative direction: keep it authentic yet polished, inspired by TikTok creators’ codes, but elevated with brand-driven art direction.
